- Transactions and Payment Information. We can collect financial details or banking information in conjunction with other information needed for invoicing purposes, such as your full name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, and other transactional details to obtain payment from your company.
- Testimonials Information. When you agree to provide us with feedback on our services and agree to it being posted on our Website, we may collect such information as your name, title, company name and your testimonial.
Employee and Contractor data:
- CV Information. When you work for Redjumpers or provide us services, we may collect such information as your full name, phone number, email, place of residence, work experience, level of education.
- Payment Information. When you provide us services as a Contractor, we may collect such information as your IBAN and other banking information.
Job Applicant data:
- Job Applicant Information. When you apply for a job via email on the Website, we can collect your personal information. This data may include your full name, email address, phone number, country in which you are located, information about work experience salary expectations, and other information contained in your CV and cover letter, including your education, employment history, and other information you decided to provide us.
Developer data:
- Developer Information. When a Partner or a Client provides us with your information to fulfil our contractual obligations, we may collect such data as your full name, email, work experience, level of education, place of residence.
We use the personal data we collect and the personal data the data subjects provide us only for the purposes listed in this Policy. We may share personal data with third parties solely for the listed purposes.
We DO NOT use automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning a data subject or similarly significantly affects a data subject.
